Food is great, but it seems like they are often understaffed. Wait times for a smoothie seem excessive lately. So today I called in 15 mins prior to my arrival time and I still waited an additional 21 mins for my smoothie . That’s almost 40 mins from the time the order was place until I actually had the order in my hand. At 3:15pm-Not even like typical rush hour time. Despite what other reviews say I've been coming to this store for 3 years now and have never had any problems. The wait does get longer during heavy lunch rushes but that's expected at any busy restaurant. The customer service is always amazing and the so are the food and smoothies. By far the best place to eat healthy in Lexington!

Terrible customer service by the staff. Particularly the young boy with the light blue/white hair. Talking crap about customers is not professional. Especially since they can clearly see and hear you from the dining room. You should not have a job. Kudos to the manager for doing her job to correct the problem. I will be looking forward to my refund within the next couple of business days.
Incredible food and smoothies!! Would give it 10 stars if i could!
