As a DoorDash driver picking up an order at Tropical Smoothie, I was greeted warmly by a young employee who took my order name and went to check on it. I then overheard a supervisor speaking very rudely to this young employee, yelling at her and telling her to make the order. The young employee responded by asking the supervisor not to speak to her that way, but the supervisor proceeded to use inappropriate language. Service at this location is almost always terrible and they seem to run out of ingredients fairly often. Today I went to try and order the seasonal apple smoothie bit they were out of the apple for them to make it; on top of that once you're in the drive thru you're trapped. Their drive thru has sharp 90 degree corners and would have been extremely difficult to back out of so instead I had to wait 10 minutes while the 1 car ahead of me got its 2 smoothies so I could leave...
