I absolutely love working with Tropical Roses. They are quick to respond to any questions. Calling...texting....Just very friendly and professional. The flowers are beautiful when I received them. I have them shipped to Arkansas and they come out beautifully!
2nd time ordering (both weddings) overall flowers were acceptable but this last time I had a few problems/flowers that did not recover from shipping .. Snapdragons being one & but my main concern was when I ordered Ranunculus (brides bouquet) I was told shipping would be "More" in cost because of care/packaging for these fragile flowers but they did NOT come special packed nor were they protected they came in the same box with all the other flowers & on the bottom of the box ..
