They were super friendly and they communicated well when the tech was on their way. Lindian was fantastic - super friendly and helpful. He showed me how to use the thermostat, and also went to the basement to check the heater to ensure everything was working properly. He also wore protective shoe covers and was cool with my cats supervising :-P I would 100% recommend them!
