Abed, you’re the man, my friend! Thank you for your exceptional service. I absolutely adore my Mustang GT. Also, Jose Captain Morgan 😂 the finance manager, you’re simply the best. I highly recommend this Ford location. I had a terrible experience at a Ford dealership in Clermont because of their dishonesty, which made me leave in a hurry. However, when I called Tropical Ford, they were completely transparent from the very beginning. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.
We did a good amount of back n forth with our Sales person, Gabrielle prior to going to the dealership, including receiving a quote for our trade. Not only was Gabrielle upfront and truthful with us, he was able to get us a great purchase price for our new vehicle but also a good price for our trade. All in all it was worth our extended drive to Tropical Ford and would 💯% recommend working with Gabrielle.
I parked out front, spent time looking over $60,000 Mustang GTs, and walked inside excited to see the Dark Horse in the showroom priced at $75,000. Not one person greeted me. A salesman was sitting at his desk doing absolutely nothing and still could not be bothered to acknowledge a customer who was ready to spend serious money. I turned around, walked out, and left for the other Ford dealer in Kissimmee. Pretty embarrassing, honestly. I came in ready to buy a car today, and they could not even manage a basic greeting.
Mingo was amazing in his service and helpfulness. This provided a strong sense of peace for a Dad in another state and having someone this helpful and courteous to my daughter. Definitely will use their services while she is in the area.
