Used Trophy Limo for transportation to and from airport . We got held up on plane because of storm . Felt bad driver had to wait so we gave him a big tip even though tip is included in price. Well we got a nice big bill charging us for something that was out of our control . Would have never gave the driver extra money if we knew we were going to get charged . i used this service for my parents who do not travel very often to get them to and from the airport. They provided an amazing experience for them. they even texted me when they were safely at the airport and then once they got home.
the service is great the unfair waiting charge is not great the pickup was for 3:55 driver arrived 3:00 pm i was charged wait time not fair poor planing from Dispach should not be a charge to Customer
