Best Shop Around – I have been going to Troostwood Garage for about ten years. I trust them 100% they have always been honest and there work on my cars has always been 100 % happy. I have been there for many things like oil changes,tires,brakes,water pumps, fuel pumps etc. My biggest repair was my engine that was also done 100%. The Only Place I would Recommend – I stumbled upon Troostwood when I was in college and since the then I have never taken my car anywhere else. From the first time I entered the garage everyone was honest and welcoming. As a young, single girl I can not describe my appreciation for their honesty. I would recommend this garage to anyone.

Once Trusted, Now Completely Untrustworthy – I used to trust these guys fully. In fact when I moved to KC, everyone recommended them to me. My first few car repairs were great, and I saw why the recommended them to me. However, I soon saw the dark side of Troostwood. Firstly, my sister got her car back from them with the wheels very poorly aligned, i.e. much worse than when she took her car in. The Best I've Found – I have never been disappointed in Troostwood. Last month I got quotes from a dealer, a local service station and from Troostwood to replace my timing belt. The dealer was $1200, the service station was 1100 and Troostwood was just under $600. When I came to pick up the vehicle, the price was $450. I had asked them to look at the brakes because there was 75,000 miles on them. They said they were good to go. I have been using them since the 1960's and have never had a complaint.

Reliable, trustworthy, and service with a smile – Troostwood earned my business for life when I was involved in a vehicle accident. The company handled every aspect of my vehicle repair to contacting my insurance company. These situations can be stressful, but not when you use this company. Honesty is the best policy – I've been going to Troostwood Auto for 15 years now. In 15 years, they've had plenty of opportunities to rip me off. They've never done so. In fact, from time to time, they advise me to come up with cheaper alternatives that they can't profit from. They never pressure you with fear tactics. They nearly always get the repair right. The Place to Go – I can't say enough about the work Brad and his crew at Troostwood did on my Miata. The work was done at a very good price, and the quality was top notch. Being a garage, they were able to do some needed mechanical work for me as well (also at a great price). They even did a quality polish of the whole car, making it look brand new.

The best! – Their prices are about half that of the chain stores, and their work is actually better. They gave me an estimate in advance and got the job done for that price. Really pleased with the price and the job that they did.
