Terrible!!! Terrible food and service! The schnitzel I had looked like it came from a loaf or a can, when I cut into it I thought I was looking at pressed wood, or pressed meat. I ordered Erdinger Hefe Weis, they brought it to me in a Miller Lite glass????? No way I will ever go back. I have eaten at almost every place in Helen, this was the only had place.
Service sucks waited 25 min for a beer food sucked also

Great place to eat in helen I love the ribs !! I also love eating by the river and the great service too
Loved the atmosphere and the food
The food was cold and old And on top of that we where seating right next to fance which was next to a side walk and rocks, on those rocks from table we where at you can see a snakes on top of those rocks So we where eathig in fear constantly We are not going back
My family always makes a special effort to eat at The Troll Tavern on every trip to Helen. Food is great.
The German food we had was awful !!! We will never eat there again !!!
Had a great time with the hubby. Enjoyed some delicious food that we can't get back home!
