2 of the 9 people within our group ended up with food poisoning after both ate the buffalo chicken wrap. They both said it tasted not very good while eating there, and as a result ended up vomiting for the next 24+ hours. Environment smelled of stale beer. Would not recommend
Food wasn't worth the price. Burgers were average and the wraps were very lack luster. Service was good though and despite it being busy, we were able to be seated with a large party fairly quickly.
Overpriced food that wasn't even worth it. Our server was named Cole. He had a very whatever attitude, didn't care and couldn't be bothered. Parts of our meals were cold or incorrect. He was extremely slow, inappropriate and rude. We repeatedly had to ask for refills, napkins, straws etc which we didn't receive until asking after 2 or 3 times. Was not worth it. Very disappointed. I love Helen, but I will not return to this establishment.
Slow service, didn't even get the food order or drink order right, took forever to get our food, very cold inside the restaurant had to eat with our jackets and stuff on. Was not happy with the restaurant at all.
It's the atmosphere and view you really go for. The food is okay. Service was extremely slow and barely saw our waitress unfortunately. Gave it a three as I love the river view.

I had the Reuben which was good, but was expecting more of a wow factor. The mashed potatoes were also decent. I do feel they are overpriced for a sandwhich. Many had the bratwurst plates, and weren't too impressed for an authentic German restaurant.
Great food! Its right in the middle of everything and under the bridge, hence the name!
