Always a great meal and view! Jimmy our waiter was awesome.
This place is NASTY. After reading about another customers bad expiernce as well I decided to comment too. I will never eat at this place again and suggest that people read reviews before you spend a lot of money here for the horrible food and service.
Manager and staff are rude and refused to take food off the bill after being shown hair in the onions rings! Nasty! Wish I could rate with a 0.
Great food.....loved the outdoor seating near the tubing.
My husband found a hair fried into his onion ring. We had only taken a few bites of our burgers. The manager said it was fried cheese and refused to take the food off our bill. We were then escorted from the building. We paid $54 for 4 bites of a burger :(. What's worse than the hair, was the humiliating way we were treated!
As always food and service was awesome! When we are in Helen we always go to the Troll and have never been disappointed!
The bratwurst platter was very good except that the bratwurst was not fully cooked. I liked it fully cooked.
On the 2017 Mermorial Day weekend it was very busy. We requested a seat (10 min wait) by the river, which was fun to watch all the people tubing. We knew the food was typical bar food, so ordered a Ruben and brat wurzt sandwich. Service was very friendly and quick, because we ordered sandwiches.
This is my favorite place to hangout with my friends in Helen GA. Had a great time. Love the place...
