Excellent experience with Dave and his team! We are very happy with how our home turned out! Dave is a great person in general and also great to work with. We are living in our beautiful new home and Sarah & Dave Trojanski and the Trojanski Team got us there! Sarah & Dave were with us when we walked the neighborhood to select our lot, throughout the building process and right through to our final walkthrough. Building with Dave Trojanski has been a wonderful experience. From the first day we met Dave and his project manager, Josh, we were blown away by how friendly, responsive and helpful they both were. Dave is extremely busy with all of his projects but he always took the time to personally reach out to us and to respond to emails. The builders sold me a plot in Dec 2021, the construction did not start until Oct 2022. They had genuine reasons initially, but later it became a habit of excuses, delays after delays. They do not update portals for customers, they also do not attend calls, meetings on time or give timely updates on construction status. Interest rates have gone up, we lost a great loan rate, our rental lease is getting over, and we do not have much option than extending lease to wait for the building to get ready.
