Unfortunately not able to leave 0 stars. Moved into Tiffany Gardens in Nanaimo and had a shady landlord scam me out of $1000 from my pet deposit and then misfile paperwork. Was told that landlord was "let go" 3 months into living at apartment, also heard of a potential grow op in her name and confirmed multiple paperwork mistakes. After going back and forth with someone from Vancouver head office asking for more and more proof, was told by owner that they would offer me $500 out of "good will" 4.5 months after moving out. Living conditions are poor. Rent for what you get is a joke washing machine wreck your cloths don’t clean them covered the mold with paint that peels away building foundation is wiggles broken fence empty promises don’t get trapped in there lies

shocking company, no one knows what the are doing. I've moved away company due to poor standards of living. They complain about keeping the apartments in perfect condition but the rest of the building is shocking. Water was always on and off, tub was out of use for easily 6 months. I feel safe now to report egregious behavior on the behalf of Stephen and Kelly Morgan at Seaport Apartments - 200 Dallas Road, Victoria BC. I moved out from Seaport last month, last day of my rental was April 30. I have moved to Alberta. My apartment unit was 211, and I rented there from December 2017. For almost three years Stephen and Kelly made my life a living hell at Seaport. They deliberately moved a family in above me, and with the instruction to stomp on the ceiling to drive me out.
