The youngest toddlers and babies there looked like they enjoyed the decor. My daughter was uncomfortable during the haircut and told me she didn’t want to go back. Looks in need of a good cleaning for the floor and stations also
My 3 year old son just had a great hair trim with Charlie at the Hamden location. She was upbeat and kept him calm throughout the cut! I will try to post a photo of “DJ Pauly D”!!! As Charlie affectionately called him 💙
Our son does not like getting his hair cut at all and hates the sound of clippers. We had a few bad experiences at other places so we wanted to find a place that specialized in children. Trixie's was so great for him! He loved it, stayed still, and got a great cut! Prices were very reasonable for everything they do, plus there were toys everywhere so that waiting was not an issue! Will definitely be coming again!

I had taken my son to get a haircut and I was so mad that the haircut came out wrong and she didn’t want to give me my money back and also she is very rude and sarcastic!!!!!!!

We love Trixies and Charlie is the best! Our 18 month old hates having his haircut and they do such a great job at distracting him with anything from bubbles to music and Mickey Mouse. They cut his hair quickly and efficiently and he looks so handsome every time he leaves!
Yes, I would recommend them. My son does not like to get his hair cut so we looked for a place for kids and found trixies. they had toys and TV'S at each seat and the seats were cars so he wanted to sit in it. He watch cartoons and Charlie cut his hair and he sat there didn't cry once we will definitely go back. Charlie did a great job with the cut and keeping my son entertained while she did it.
Would definitely recommend for a child’s haircut. Charlie was excellent with my 19 month old son for his first haircut. Even though he was scared she was able to distract him enough to get a great cut. My 4 year old daughter loved getting her hair cut and styled with a braid, sparkles, and a little color! Very satisfied!
