I recently bought an Explorer from them. Before showing up to see the bike, they let me know that gauge cluster had a defect and that they were working with triumph to fix it. Long story short, it took a couple weeks to even get the part from the company, but they had it on immediately after it arrived. The staff was very communicative through the process, and they ended up adding in panniers and a top box for my trouble. They also offered to do the first service for free. Great service department. Very friendly and respectful. As a student, they work with my schedule and since my motorcycle is how I get to class, they always have it in and out as quickly as possible. They even gave me a ride back to my apartment after dropping my bike off.
