Live in a community managed by this company. A month of trying to resolve an issue. Their employees are always "out of the office,"left for the day," "away from her desk." They don't read any emails and seem hellbent on doing nothing.
This is without question the WORST most incompetent, unprofessional property management company I have ever delt with. I am in property management myself and I cannot believe the lack of transparency as well as down right deceiving. Do your community a HUGE favor and stay away from Tritz Professional Management Services!
This has got to be the worst and most incompetent company to ever exist. You'll send this guy 20 emails without a response back. Every single time you call the office to talk to Rob he's "out of the office." Every reject from a job must flock here or something because it's wildly unbelievable how a company can function like this. If you're ever considering using this company for your HOA, please know you'll just piss everybody off as getting anything done by these people is impossible. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a property management company. They constantly set up Zoom meetings and then don’t bother to show up—no notice, no follow-up. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding account setup and never received a single response. Every time I call in, it feels like a game of hot potato—no one seems to know who does what, and I’m always getting the runaround. Half the time it sounds like no one is even working.
