Absolutely the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a property management company. They constantly set up Zoom meetings and then don’t bother to show up—no notice, no follow-up. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding account setup and never received a single response. Absolutely useless company, stay away
Our HOA switched to TPMS and we are blown away by the level of superb service they offer. Truly a breath of fresh air. Just so sad we waited so long to switch. Well done TPMS : ) Special mention to Sue Norman, she is in a league of her own!!!!
