I wish I had read the reviews before buying my home managed by Tritz. It's been nothing but problems since day 1 with these people. They're so quick to send you violations, almost vindictive in the way they do it. If you have a problem and contact them, they won't get back to you regarding the problem, they'll just send you violation notices on other things. Try getting anything they manage fixed in a timely manner...good luck. They won't even return an email. But they're on top of their violations. DO NOT BUY A HOME MANAGED... read more
It is important to be aware that there is NO OVERSIGHT OF ANY KIND for HOA management companies, so it is imperative that you read the reviews of any for a property you are thinking of buying. I wish i had, and i will tell anyone that if you are thinking of buying in a Tritz managed property, don't, but rather run away screaming. I am in solid agreement with the assessments below. Very strange company. Some people are trying to be helpful, and some are incredibly out of touch of reality and very aggressive and totally unprofessional and scary. Can’t imagine how those aggressive unprofessional people can stay in their position.
Live in a community managed by this company. A month of trying to resolve an issue. Their employees are always "out of the office,"left for the day," "away from her desk." They don't read any emails and seem hellbent on doing nothing.
