Took our application fee on a house that wasn't available...waited til the next day and told us the house was rented instead of telling us before we paid...did not return application fee...bbb will be hearing about this...be warned stay faaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrr away
Not sure of their criteria, but when we drove through the neighborhood it was predominately African Americans, and there were "slabs". So because of this I am like hmmm ok We shouldn't have any problem getting into these homes since our combined income at the time was 140k per year. Not sure why, but we were denied so I was shocked. We both have clean rental histories so I guess they don't want quality people. Maybe those are for section 8. I am really not sure.
