I will never recommend this medical facility. Patient was scheduled for outpatient surgery at 10:15am and was not seen until 2:30pm.
TriStar submitted my home based sleep study as “out of network” to my insurance company. When I called StoneCrest I was told by Demetri, in billing, that it was my problem and she refused to re-bill my insurance. My insurance says they need to re-bill or they will not pay. Everything was pre approved ahead of time through TriStar Sleep Center and my insurance company. I have met my out of pocket max for the year and was told by both that I would owe zero dollars. I now have a bill for almost $1500.

Worst place ever! Dad was admitted and wasn’t given his proper medications for his health that he is prescribed... just don’t go there! I tried to talk to head nurse and was basically cut off. Worst experience ever...
I would recommend this place but since I'm here and I tried washing my hands and couldn't get any hot water. I asked the nurses at the station and one said she hasn't felt hot water in a month. How in the hell does a hospital not have hot water. So noone is washing hands properly.
