I fell about 20 feet and was life flighted to this facility. They took excellent care of me. Nursing staff was always very helpful and the place had a homelike atmosphere. Food was also very good.

Went to ER 1/6/20, per my hematologist's, for a blood transfusion. Took about 8 hrs to finally get the blood. However, between that time, I'd like to thank the nursing staff. I passed out while on the toilet, and to whomever got my pants back up over my pear shape, you have talent and thank you. Thanks for handling my husband's aggressive worry with understanding and grace. A special Thanks to Madison, night shift nurse, who was very attentive, even though it was busy that night. I never give any Star, they never sent the bills or notes to my brother then they could send to collection but never mailed any bill to my brother !! And when I went to registration desk. one of front desk lady said Are you legal !?? I dont know if there is any usa illegal citizen ??? shame of registration lady , shame !!!!

Southern Hills took $6,000 at admissions. Put me through 7 hours of pre op testing (I am already living in pain from a botched plate and pin job.) and then announced at consent signing the surgeon was “out of network” and we would be expected to pay him out of pocket. As of today they intend to charge ME the $2000 for unnecessary testing that should NOT have been done without full disclosure of the financial burden it would cause. They are THIEVES participating in a legal SCAM. I have been treated as their inept job performa... read more

Such a pleasant hospital with a small town feel. Dr Goldberg and his partners are fantastic! The nurses and staff were all very caring, and we never felt like we were just another number or patient; they all gave a genuine, personal feel!
