RecommendedI had outpatient surgery today and every staff member I encountered was wonderful. I was given excellent care from pre-op to discharge.

Would not recommend this hospital, never did we even get a room, we went back and fourth between the waiting room and different exam rooms, they didn’t even know my sons name, and were calling him Dylan, when his name is Noah & his wristband even said Dylan, they said he only weighed 11 lbs when he’s clearly over that.. they never listened to him breathing or checked his throat. Also, why advertise a pediatric emergency room, when it’s not even open. Will never come back here again, should have went to st.thomas, I don’t eve... read more
RecommendedThe nurses and drs are very caring and understanding. The whole staff is great. I would definately recommend Northcrest hospital for any of your emergency needs.
