This is my 2nd stay at this hospital. I have always received good care quickly. I think the practice of the hospital sending a rose to each new patient is a nice one. Also, Dr. Nur, a staff doctor, is wonderful. She is so kind and caring, and has a great bedside manner.
Super friendly!!! Everyone super helpful! When ask for directions....personally shown and helpful!! Even had treats from the "Heart Cart"!!!!
I love this place I have been treated like a Queen since the emergency room.always greet with a Smile. Encourage ment...respect .....dignity.....LOVE.....Food is at ite PAEK....PEACEFULLY QUIET. TOP NOTCH DOCTOR'ss myself dr's....greeted me with a BEAUTIFUL RED ROSE WOW ...I RATE THIS HOSPTIAL 100%.....the Tech nurse's h/k. Kitchen.respitory therapist were awesome.....they care ABOUT YOU.... ....room221
They could be a whole lot friendlier & And more caring for the Patients and the Community! instead of Worrying about Money all the Time.
I had a nephew to go too this place on Sunday and the ER room was TERRIBLE. They treated us like we were some animals who had attacked them. We were a family with questions. We are not a family that's going to allow you to do whatever you want too, to a 22 year old. They put the ER on locked down as if we just shot the place up and we were told to leave and could not see our family member or talk to him. This place is called "SOUTHERN KILLS" for a reason! And I blame them for letting my elderly father-in-law's cancer spread to his lungs, colon, and liver. He has been in and out of your hospital on multiple occasions and you don't think to double check someone with a history of prostate cancer to see if it has returned?! What the heck are the blood tests for?! We recently moved him to Centennial hospital and it took them all of 10 minutes to tell us that his prostate cancer has returned and has also spread!
