i’ve been here. unfortunately, a ton, they caught my heart attack and my broken bones. i’ve never been treated so well!  in fact, like a rockstar!  Every Doctor is amazing and if you’re looking for a gteat bedside manner, this is your place, waiting is minimal!   i can’t say enough about each and everyone!  the nurses are excellent as well!!!

To Whom It May Concern at Centerpoint Medical Center, I am writing this follow-up to my previous post because this situation has only worsened. Despite our repeated attempts to address the misdiagnosis and negligent care my mother received—care that occurred despite clear, obvious symptoms of a stroke that were recognized by the ambulance crew—the hospital has failed to take any accountability. Asked for a blanket, cold sweats. Recurved another sheet because Doctors only has light blankets now. "Am I to request a bedspread?" No, this is the only one, we just have the light blanket. Floor Charge Antonio doesn't tell the truth and say he is in charge of the entire floor. Is he sleeping? Says he's just a nurse on the other side who only answers the light. He answered the light 3 times at 5a,"is someone in there?" NO!!!

My pharmacy brought my med from Sakuda County, since it is not available here. He arrived at 5:30, the nurse took med to have pharmacy identify. Pharmacy said they identified and returned it to the nurses station. They say pharmacy has it. Pharmacy said they gave it to the floor, so I'm waiting 6 hours for them to find it. Asked to have pharmacy ID my other home meds, some unavailable in this state "no, the doctor has to identify"

NP soma ordered meds without checking contradictions. I am on potassium, you can't take flexoril unless you want bleeding ulcers. I am on Luvox. Luvox and potassium causes rapid heart beat, possible CHF. I explained my doctor never let me take even 1/2 flexoril, but doctors NP has me on 3 contraindicated med's
