My pharmacy brought my med from Sakuda County, since it is not available here. He arrived at 5:30, the nurse took med to have pharmacy identify. Pharmacy said they identified and returned it to the nurses station. They say pharmacy has it. Pharmacy said they gave it to the floor, so I'm waiting 6 hours for them to find it. Asked to have pharmacy ID my other home meds, some unavailable in this state "no, the doctor has to identify"

NP soma ordered meds without checking contradictions. I am on potassium, you can't take flexoril unless you want bleeding ulcers. I am on Luvox. Luvox and potassium causes rapid heart beat, possible CHF. I explained my doctor never let me take even 1/2 flexoril, but doctors NP has me on 3 contraindicated med's

I just received my mammogram results and the technician puts in my chart that I had difficulty complying but yet everything she told me to do I did and then she put I could not tolerate level of compression.  Yes it hurt some but again I did every thing she told me to do.  This is really upsetting when stuff like this is put in your chart.  I just did a survey or her this morning and gave her high compliments and now I REGRET that I did.  Lone Peak Hospital is Great but because of what this technician put in my chart I will ... read more

Took an individual with a 103+ temp in after 2 days of no eating, severe dehydration and vomiting.. These morons had the audacity to test the persons blood, find traces of THC and then tell the patient they had marijuana induced vomiting and turned them away. They should all be fired. If you value your health , do not waste your time with these false physicians

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report the unacceptable care, medical negligence, and abusive treatment my mother, experienced at Centerpoint Hospital. My goal in sharing this is to ensure accountability and prevent any other family from suffering such a traumatic experience. My mother arrived at the hospital via ambulance exhibiting clear symptoms of a neurological emergency: she was unable to walk, had numbness on both sides of her body, and was struggling to speak. Despite this, the emergency room staff f... read more

It started out questionable at first however the staff was great. Nicole T Nurse manager went all out for me to feel comfortable. Its so many to name and do not remember them all by name but just know I appreciated you all for taking care of me and my husband during our stay. Shout out to the RN's on staff Vivianne C, Paula, Ashley H, Stanley A, Ruel C, Dahn T, Veronica B, Carmen H, Tuana W, Marie T, Esmilyn, Millie, and all the others that I cannot remember there names but you are very important as well....They provided ex... read more

I was sure I was going to give a five-star review. I wanted to. Most of the staff did a good job with some doing a very good job and I’m grateful for them. But my last day in the hospital changed everything. An EEG tech saw that I was experiencing trauma from the test and showed no caring. I felt dehumanized. I just needed some comfort and understanding. Maybe it's because I didn't agree with his ideology that he freely pushed. That type of coldness shouldn't happen in healthcare and reflects poorly on Blake. Healthcare w... read more
