My mother is still in the Hospital and the Dr did not show up yesterday! No one knows anything and you can not get any answer about her care or plan! I am currently in Quarantine but will come down to the hospital if I have to! The IV site looks nasty and no one has cleaned her up! This is unacceptable! She is in room 730! I do intend to file a formal complaint

Business response:

We are very sorry to hear about this experience. Patient satisfaction is important to us at TriStar Skyline, so we will make every effort to address any concerns. These comments have been shared with our Quality Director. At your convenience, please contact patient advocacy at (615) 769-7170.

this hospital is not a first class trauma center, my grand daughter is in there fighting for her life and she should be in Vanderbilt, but was told she could not be moved due to medical center policy, and my grand daughters insurance, I highly recommend all to seek medical treatment else where.

While we are unable to discuss specific encounters publicly due to privacy laws, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to discuss this with you offline. At your convenience, please contact them at 615-769-7170.
