I have been here at Greenview since Tuesday. I came in for pain which has been dx as a bulging disc. I was given something g for pain as soon as I got here but after that didn’t see much staff. I was told by a nurse that I was going to hurt. I ended up in the ER for almost 9 hours. I asked 3 times for something for pain. finally gave me something but by then I was in so much pain it didn’t help today was another bad day. Avoid the Emergency Room at all costs, because believe me it will cost you. The procedure below got categorized as a "Level 3 - Moderately Severe". Back in June a fish hook ended up in the back of my thumb and I could not get it out on my own. It was after Urgent Care had closed so my only option was the emergency room. Had I known what it would end up costing I would have waited until the next morning. I am 28 years old and have been in and out of staying weeks at a time in this hospital since I was 9 years old. Growing up I always highly recommended greenview and was my first choice for my week/weeks long stays but since 2012 the Er staff especially is the worst to deal with.
