I listed my house in June 2014 with another realtor. Two months later, after no activity at all I decided to list it myself. Seven months later, after numerous, catastrophic attempts to sell it, I decided to give Trisha a chance. We signed the paperwork on a Friday and had an offer on Saturday. We closed a month later. I can't express the joy we felt after finally selling the house and it's all due to Trisha. Trisha is the real deal.
She was a wonderful Agent. Sold our home in 1 or 2 days of listing it. Sign went up on Friday and we got a call from her on Saturday that we might have an offer. We had been trying to sell our house for almost a year. It was such a stressful time having two homes. She took all that away so fast. I would recommend her to everyone.
