Trisha knows her stuff! She was always super helpful & always had time to talk & answer questions. If I had the money I would buy 100 house with her help!
We gave her the specifications we wanted in a house and she had a great list very quick. Didn't matter the day or time she was willing to work with us and answer our questions. While showing the houses, she was very knowledgable and helpful. I would definately return to her for future purchases and sales. Very honest with the entire process.
I was moving out of state on a quick time frame. I was worried the house would be sitting after I moved. Trisha made suggestions for little improvements to the house before it went on the market. The house sold after being on the market for a month. She help me to stay calm and focused.

I recently purchased a home and Trisha was my realtor. To be honest I can't say a bad thing about her. She was always very punctual. She did her homework on what I was looking for and found us our dream home. I feel Trisha went above and beyond her duties helping me and working with my mortgage company. Trisha listed our house and was quick to show the other realtors which increases the local awareness instantly. We received two offers for full price in the same day due to her negotiating skills.
We had our house on the market for 6 months with only 3 showings with our first realtor and then we switched to using Trisha. We had that many showings in 6 weeks alone. It took 2.5 years for our house to sell, but that was at no fault to Trisha. The market was just terrible at that time. She is very knowledgeable over all the processes and was always available to answer my many questions.
Trisha was so fantastic in helping us find our forever home! She listened to our wants and needs and took every step to find us "The one". We have been in our new home just shy of a year now and we couldn't be happier. She was fantastic with negotiations and we were able to get our closing costs paid by the seller and a home warranty!
