i have only had one inquiry about my property even though I hve had it listed for approximately one year
I love that Tripz doesn't charge "service fees" to renters or fees to owners. I got two bookings last week by listing with them! My subscription cost only $120/year. I spoke with Sing (480) 409-5619 he gave me a great rate! I'm happy to find a company that is not greedy and over charging renters & owners. They allow renters and owners communicate like in the old days. I wish them success and have told several other vacation rental owners about them!
Good support get answers quickly and for a new site looks great. No enquiries yet but i hope this changes in due course. Hope you can compete with the big boys without losing the personal touch! I am willint it to work save paying out all that commission.
Poor results for the owner/manager in my area. I think tripz is trying to expand their inventory by offering discount pricing on new properties. Basically, they will negotiate the up front price but go no lower than what they have to pay the person marketing their portal (at least that's what I think) I have had two properties on tripz for about 4 months and have received only one inquiry and about 120 "looks". SCAM!!!!! Took our money to list our property and all day everyday since have been called by people from India via different fake American number trying to fake rent our place or get our credit card number. They are a scam, stay far far away!
