I booked vacation rentals with this site,it's easy to use and work fast. They also helped me to choose right vacation rentals for us.
I have just signed up. I am impressed that this company guarantees no service fees will be charged to our guest as other web sites are doing. My only concern so far, and I am sure this will be taken care of, is they need to hire more staff. I have an issue with having to leave a voice mail. When they get more people on staff, I will definitely change the star rating to 5.
Homes are easy to locate and site is very user friendly.
I like that Tripz doesn't charge all the extra fees and is building rental community!
They offer vacation seekers and vacation home owners an excellent product and option, without meddling and interfering in the rental process - they allow open and free communication between owners and potential guests, and do not charge guests an additional 5-12% fee in addition to the rent, like the most well know sites now do. Win, win, win! Please drop those double dipping money grubbing websites, and give them a try!
