They do not answer the phone or e-mails. I have tried for weeks to get hold of them, because I want my listing totally remove. I paid $200.00 and I received one request from them in two years. I can not remove the listing myself, I have to have them do it. Frustrated!!
I was going to rent a home in lake havasu city from Teresa at 2808 janet drive. she took my down payment of $1525.00 canceled on me and has told me she would refund me and has not it has been over a month!

I love using Tripz, it's so easy to find places to stay while on vacation, and saves me money! I love being able to text the owner of the rental, I'll never anyone other than Tripz again! Highly recommend them!
I received an email from this company to list our vacation rental on their hosting website. The email was very poorly written and choppy. I had to read it 3 times to understand the content. If the company can't compose a professional email, how are they hosting a rental website?? Staying away!
I have advertised with Tripz for 1 year and now up for renewal. I can say with all honesty that tripz is a sham. Ive received about 15 inquiries which appear all to be bs. Tripz takes your advertising money and send you fake enquiries and share your information with other scammers who call almost daily and want to build you a website or advertise on there latest website. According to one of the Co-Founders of Tripz com, the domain was acquired in 2016 and there is no longer any affiliation with Alliance Reservation Network and Northstar Travel Group, LLC. and appear to be operating out of Scottsdale, AZ.
