RecommendedMiranda was a great waitress who gave excellent recommendations of what to order. The food was delicious and fresh! what an awesome way to end an already perfect weekend!
We ate here on Sunday. I was so excited to FINALLY get some fresh caught red snapper, rice, and steamed veggies, because you can get fried fish anywhere, right?! Food presentation was, blah, but I dug in anyways, only to keep finding scales all over the fish. I was told by the manager that this is completely normal and that is how it is done. The service was terrible. Our waitress was VERY rude! The menu has very little to choose from. We have been coming here for YEARS. We look forward to eating here until next vacation, however we will NEVER come here again. I do not recommend even attempting it!
We are so disappointed! We loved triple tails and looked forward to eating here. We waited a long time to order drinks. After watching several tables be served drinks that sat after us we asked if we could order as well. Our waitress was very rude. It was a terrible experience and we will never eat here again.
The grouper po boy and tacos were awesome!!! Mikela the sever was the best from the time we walked in, we even met the chef Brian. The sauce he makes for the tacos is the best we have ever had!!! Def recommend this place and will be back.
I certainly never want to say I “hate” anything...and can’t say I “liked” it in good conscience because we were never served. Waited 20 minutes and never got our drinks. Walked out. We were hungry and decided if, after 20 minutes we could not get drinks, who knows how long the food service would be. We have been to CSB 7 consecutive times and never have never not eaten at Triple Tails. Sad that we won’t this trip. We gave it a go though.
The Captain’s Platter is delicious! Never had a bad meal or experience! Staff is very attentive and the restaurant is always clean. Highly recommend it!
Dinner was great.. Staff very friendly.. Miranda and Tory were helpful and attentive...
