Had them come in and install a new drain pipe in our basement. We were initially told we could have it sleeved and then were told we would need the higher cost job done of replacing the pipe. We lost one of our drains in our basement so they moved the drain hose from our water softener to a new drain WITHOUT recycling our water softner to make sure it would work with the new drain location. it did NOT work and once a week we had standing water on half of our basement floor (a problem we did not have prior). Based on the condition and kind of sewer piping you had and the video gathered, the scope of a job had changed. Our technicians reviewed that with you. Excellent service all the way around from the first phone call with Dasie who scheduled an appointment with Jeff who took his time and explained all of our different options from repairs to replacement. We chose to replace our furnace and their salesman Andy also came out and went over prices on new equipment. Great price on a complete furnace and central air system. The folks from Triple Service were outstanding. The people in the office I worked with were professional and friendly. The installers were on top of the whole thing. The installation went smooth as could be hoped and they were done quickly and efficiently. I was not expecting to purchase a new furnace but it was clear the old one was no longer safe and usable. Triple Service offered excellent financing and it was done very simply. Overall this is an excellent group and my experience has been outstanding. thanks.
The guys were so nice and professional and worked hard to make sure we got our gorgeous new bathroom in the two days. The owner really makes sure you are 100% satisfied, he noticed a couple of tiny scratches and had someone coming out to fix them in no time. I would highly recommend this company. The staff is amazing. We love our new bathroom it's amazing.

Our humidifier was not working and our house was full of static. Uncomfortable breathing - very dry air. Our repairman installed a new furnace humidifier and it is definitely noticed! He was quick, thoroug, friendly. Wore boot covers inside and explained his service. Great guy and great work!

We came home to our air conditioning not working on a Sunday (Memorial Day weekend). We gave Triple Service a call and we had a technician at our house within 1 hour. He was able to diagnosis the problem and replace the part quickly. He let us know that the air conditioning was only out for about 6 hours before we came home. Thanks to Triple Service we had our air conditioning up and running on this HOT weekend!
