Walked in to look at the 2019 models, walked out with a new, 2018 FLTRSX. The whole process was so easy & stress free! I’m now waiting on painted parts to come in & be installed, then to watch the weather for the 400 mile ride home! Awesome Dealer, awesome Employees!!

We ride down usually once a year,it a nice 367 mile ride. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Have a good supply.of clothes. Nice collections of bike. I ride a trike. They only had 2. Really like the place.

Bought a couple tee shirts and rain googles, jewelry, and Tracy bought a helmet sticker. but it never made it into our bags of stuff. oh well. Friendly staff allowed us to leave our bike undercover during a downpour while we went next door for lunch.
Love the store but Mountain festival was very disappointing Not enough vendors up there and the parking was not organized very well at all :( Otherwise love Triple S and the stuff is always friendy and helpful

I want to thank the service department for taking care of my bike this weekend. We were in town from Toledo, Ohio for the IBEW Ride. I lost the clutch on my bike and brought it to Triple S. When I showed up with the tow truck late in the day the mechanics went to work right away to find out what happened. Not only did they quickly find out what was wrong but they were able to fix it within hours. Thankfully, I was able to ride in the Ride Saturday morning.
