I have never received such unprofessionalism, I was speaking to Mus***e, and was put on hold while talking. I place service requests they close them as resolved, I had to contact the board of health and notified them of my actions to get results. They lied on me to the board of health as if I am not cooperating but I checked the box on each service request that if I am not present they can enter dwelling for repairs, so that is no excuse.
