I’m completely sad how I have reached out to the manager at laurel grove and get ignored. As well as I have reached out to upper management at trionliving and still cannot get a response on payment for the work I have done at the property. The sad part is I was will work with them as I understood how business can work but since November no resolution on payment. As a Vendor I wouldn’t conduct business no more with them no more since I still haven’t received payment.
They NEVER EVER respond to any emails or phone calls. I live at a property managed by Trion, and I have sent at least 8 emails via their “contact us” link and have called and left voicemails several times over the past several months. NO ONE EVER RESPONDS. Very poor management.
Beware property owners, I would not trust Trion Properties with your property. I am a junk removal vendor and I work with about 16 property management companies and they all do their due diligence making sure I am properly insured with workers comp, commercial vehicle insurance, and General business insurance. Trion properties only looked to see if I had insurance and they did not request to be a certificate holder or require updates to make sure I am still insured after any of my insurances expired. They reported false amount to my credit over a year ago, they even acknowledged the amount was incorrect and refuse to make changes or communicate.
If I could give a negative score I would I applied for the apartments in Lancaster Tx was told it would take 7-14 days to receive my deposit back and it would come in the mail, this was back in November of 2024 it is now February of 2025 and I have not received my deposit have called corporate and they always take my name and number and says someone will call but they never do, called the apartment complex and they say well corporate emailed us and said they re- issued the check but of course I never received it Jessica goes... read more
