Good view of downtown Kitchener if you have a unit on one of the top floors facing east. Decent views of St. Mary's if you have a unit facing south. The staff here are friendly. Would recommend moving here!

I find the staff here to be very friendly and approachable at all times. Having lived in many apartments and condo’s in the past, i find this building well maintained and clean Compared to most other buildings I have lived in. I have also never lived in a building where i communicate with the staff as often..
Over promised and undelivered. I was recommended to rent here, the apartment upon moving in had not been cleaned or repaired. No assigned parking spot, my fob didn’t work, my name was not put into the buzzer system and when it was, my name was spelled wrong. The balcony is very dirty and the glass unclean to the point I cannot see the view when the sun is shining. I can add to this but I do not want to come across as petty I am in C building.
