Michelle was an absolute lifesaver!!! With the combination of every day life challenges, working on a Masters Degree, and a brief hospital visit two weeks ago, our housework took a seat WAY in the back! My husband convinced me to hire someone to tackle the task rather than me doing it myself and putting my health at risk. Michelle was worth every single penny and was such a pleasure. We absolutely will continue to use her on a regular basis and will highly recommend her! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
I paid for a deep clean which I specified what I needed. I asked for the 3 bedrooms, 2 of my 4 bedrooms, baseboard, inside and outside of the refrigerator and oven, and blinds. She didn't clean any appliances and no BATHROOMS. She knew it was wrong because when she left she said she didn't clean any bathrooms. Said it wasn't included because I didn't add them on. I highly recommend trio, not only were they very professional and punctual, but their quality of work was outstanding. They cleaned a rental property that have been trashed and it was a serious task. I was beyond impressed with their work. They also painted and went above and beyond just painting walls.
