We've worked with TRiO on a couple home projects now and will definitely be hiring them again for future projects as well. They really set the bar for communication and quality work. We bought this house about 2 years ago. There was a slight leak in the roof. Figured out hat Trio construction was the contractor. I contacted them and they took care of it within 24 hours despite me not being the original owner. If I ever have to do any roof related work, I'll be contacting them.
We have used TRiO Construction on three different occasions, 2 roofs on 2 properties that were planned projects and a mold remediation that was obviously not planned. All three jobs were handled with professionalism, strict attention to detail and the owners themselves kept us up-to-date each step of the way. They worked extremely well with the insurance company on the mold project and filed all of the necessary paperwork for us. I highly recommend TRiO and will use them in the future, should the need arise again.
