Phil and his crew did an amazing job fixing a previous contractors mistakes on our roof. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the job even completing small repairs and cosmetic details with no additional charges. He came out as promised to inspect and quote then got the estimate back to me that same day. The repairs were done as promised and on time. This is the second time using TRiO Construction for our home needs. We had a basement finished which turned out amazing. Camilla was easy to work with and came up with creative ideas. Everyone was polite and hand working and I will continue using them for future projects.

If I could rate this company higher I would. TL;DR version: if you're looking for a professional, reliable and budget friendly company to take care of you - pick TRIO Construction. We purchased a home that came with a 20 year old deck that had rotting surface boards and a dangerously weak rails and every quote we received was either extremely unreasonable or would have been a "patch" job. TRiO has been an excellent company that we have been dealing with for several years. They have done commercial roofing, window replacement, and even mold remediation. We will continue to use them for upcoming projects. This last project was a soffit/ fascia replacement with James Hardie, new standing seam roof and gutters. It came out better than expected!

Incredible experience from start to finish. Phil and the team worked hand-in-hand with our insurance provider to provide great quality service and the best product for our roofing systems. Trio worked with our schedule across 3 months to complete the job in the time agreed upon. Would happily work with them again in the future.
