If you have someone answering calls/messages then they should know what open availability you have without having to contact customers back hours later with no clear answer. We tried booking a session for 3 kids for this location and the person that we spoke to (through the number on the site) had no idea what the availability for this location was for Saturday. This spa is absolutely amazing! The kid friendly environment is exactly what my nieces needed when they visited. The staff is also very knowledgeable about the products they use. I highly recommend bringing your little ones to get serviced!
Just know that my daughter has talked about this experience for over a week! This is much needed! Can’t wait to bring her back! Great job Ladies!
Last month, my daughter came here. We were in town for a retreat and so I decided since we had a great experience at the one in Gainesville, to stop by this location! Sometimes, I try to refrain from visiting franchises because I feel let down if my experience isn’t the same as before. Well, nevertheless, Shops Lane did not disappoint either!!!!
