They are always very helpful and friendly. We used them when I was a kid and I continue to use them today with my own pool..they always greet you and ask if you need help. You are never left wondering about the store not knowing what you are looking for. They are very kid friendly as well..i can't say enough nice things about them or the store..
Stopped by Trinity Valley pools today to get the supplies we needed to get our pool swim ready. Great customer service! Thank you

I always have a great experience with the team from Trinity Valley. Peggy has been a wonderful addition to the family. She is always there to help even offering to help with any questions on her days off. They continue to provide great customer service. We will definitely recommend them to friends!

If you have a pool and you want professional knowledge/service, this is the place to go!!! The "other place" is only 3 miles from my house, but I'll drive the extra miles for the professionalism I get from Trinity Valley Pools! Glad I am making "the switch" to these guys! We could not be more pleased with our beautiful spa! We were greeted with a smile and our salesperson, Rebecca Wilson, was knowledgeable and patient. Michael and his "crew" delivered our spa and installed it with efficiency and patiently answered our questions and explained how to treat the water . We were assured that they will be "there for us" after the sale. And we believe them! We would recommend this business to anyone interested in a spa or pool!
Just had an awesome experience with these friendly and helpful people. They were so efficient had my pool cleaner repaired and other parts in stock I needed, at a great price too. I highly recommend them.
