I would like to compliment Courtney. she went out of her way to help me and get my water tested. I was running in all sorts of directions one day and very busy. Courtney stayed late to wait for me to get from Rusk so my water could be tested. it was a matter of five minutes but in that five minutes she showed extra courtesy to a customer.
We selected TVP after reading all of the great reviews rather than going off of quotes (TVP’s quote was the highest of the three we had received). With the positive reviews, we thought that the extra cost would result in a more professional experience and a higher quality result. When we met with TVP to select materials and colors, we specifically asked them if they could make our pool look just like the one in their yard because it’s beautiful. Good company, great customer service. I worked with Creig Prince, he helped me thru the the project -from his great drawings- to completion. I highly recommend trinity valley pools!
