Trinity Valley Pools bought out Blue Haven and thank goodness! Paul Higginbotham is a saint for taking over that wreck of a company. The Blue Haven Corporate office and Paul were very fair to us in resolving the multiple issues and mistakes made on our pool and deck area. I cannot tell you how happy we have been with the service of Trinity Valley Pools. Please do not judge them on the new name associated with a poorly run franchise. Creig did an awesome job from the time we first met, to the completion of our pool. They took great care during construction and made the pool building process extremely easy!
We have been a customer since 2002 when TVP built our pool. We have always been treated with respect and honesty about our pool needs. The staff is great to work with throughout the pool building stages and the maintenance after the build. Our family has enjoyed our pool for the last 15 years.
