I love my apartment and I love that the community is very quiet. I have had a great experience the few months I’ve been here. The ladies that work in the office has been nothing but polite and nice to me, and they are very understanding.
This place is very nice overall. Night time is very quiet and the complex stays pretty clean. Maintenance is very approachable and attentive to requests, and the trash valet is a plus. The buildings are a little out dated however so sometimes the A/C unit has to work harder to cool the apartment overall in the summer, but that’s nothing that a few extra fans can’t fix.
My experience with the application process and move in has been extremely pleasant. Jenny & Pam are awesome to work with. They bring a great energy and pleasant experience to the community. As a second chance leasing location they do not treat it as such. They answered all of my questions, made sure my move in was smooth and got my access to things available right on move in day. This is Darla, and there has never been a problem with the apt. I buried my husband and I was scared to move into an Apt. The staff is very knowledgeable. Everything that I had to go through they were and still there to help me. They understand.
Infested with roaches. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Mold in vents in bathroom.
