Property manager is awesome, always helpful, and willing to listen . Property is always well kept, the rent is very reasonable.
I’ve been living here since 2022 and I must say that every time I needed something fixed, it was fixed. Although some crazy things happened to the apartment but that’s to be expected because things do break or need to be repaired. I gave 5 stars because there have been times when I needed extra time to pay my rent and they accommodated me. I really do appreciate Pam and Vianca!
Apartments are quiet been there almost 3 years does have its cons and pros glad they gave me apartment when I needed it for my family but to renew your lease like they trying to kick you out silently . These apartments are not worth 2500.00 not even updated. Love my neighbors made some life long friends guess maybe time to move. You would think we get a better price since we been there longer but only new residents pay less.
I love my apartment and I love that the community is very quiet. I have had a great experience the few months I’ve been here. The ladies that work in the office has been nothing but polite and nice to me, and they are very understanding.
