No one answers the phone and I’ve been trying to purchase an apartment for weeks!!
Hadn’t made a month yet and really not even the slightest impressed with this apartment complex. This is a second chance place and maintenance and office treat it like one. Gate is always down I moved in to a dirty apartment not clean but the last tenants was probably charged. They sprayed painted tube and peeled first shower I took mirrors in both restrooms have over spray and maintenance hadn’t came back to clean.
Roaches. Rats. Personnel that won't respond. Go there if you absolutely need it and then leave ASAP.
Very nice and professional staff. Always willing to assist and resolve any concerns you may have. My area is very quiet. Clean complex. Glad I chose here.
All I can say, I never had an issue with the staff or maintenance. Everyone has been professional. My only issue is all the appliances needs to be upgraded my time here has been good. The neighborhood is quiet just a little issues with the gate here and there. I have enjoyed my time here at TrinityTrace my God Jesus bless you all Thank you for all you do
