Recently I just renewed my unit for another year stay due to loving my humble abode. The community is quite and always very well kept by the staff who oversee the property (Pamela, Jenny, head maintenance Joe and his crew) who are all doing an awesome job. Thank you guys for everything you have done for me this past year and looking forward to another blessing year. In ending, just to address past posts about pest and rodent problems, so not true. Property manager is awesome, always helpful, and willing to listen . Property is always well kept, the rent is very reasonable.
I’ve been living here since 2022 and I must say that every time I needed something fixed, it was fixed. Although some crazy things happened to the apartment but that’s to be expected because things do break or need to be repaired. I gave 5 stars because there have been times when I needed extra time to pay my rent and they accommodated me. I really do appreciate Pam and Vianca!
