I stopped by to have my undercarriage zip tied back up because it was dragging and I was under a big time crunch. Jason had me in and out and I was still on-time to pick up my kids. They took good care of me and I will definitely be back when I have a much bigger problem. Jason is an awesome manager and he makes this facility a great place!
My friend & I stopped in to see if they could check her tire, because she just had a flat and needed to drive to Athens. They turned us (two women) away, because it was after 5:00. She made it to a repair shop in Athens and they found a cut in her tire. She had to get a replacement.
I took my car to this location and asked for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I was told that my tires had been rotated. After picking up my car, the tires had NOT been rotated. This is not a professional way to do business. I was lied to as a customer and I am not sure that I will do business with them again. I have bought tires from them and always take my car there for an oil change. But...I don't like to be lied to!!!!!!
Price was exactly what they quoted and I was never up-sold!
Hey my name is Todd. I work at Takeuchi in Jefferson. Recently on my lunch break I discovered that I had a tire leaking air. Living in Dahlonega and working in Jefferson I knew I had to get this fixed in Jefferson. I remembered seeing trinity on my way to lunch sometimes. I pulled in and explained my issue and they went to work. Great service and awesome staff. They fixed my tire and I felt confident in there work. I truly cannot say enough good things about Trinity tire! These guys are so kind and go above and beyond the expected service at a tire company. All are very kind and courtesy from the moment you enter the parking lot. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services offered.
