The most UNORGANIZED and UNPROFESSIONAL place!!! I had an appointment for TWO WEEKS to have a tire and sensor repaired, and called to add an oil change. Get there, they take it back, then after a little bit they tell me it’s ready. Nope it want ready, because they didn’t do anything except the oil change!!! Said they had no record of the tire or sensor needing to be done!!! Well tell me how in the world I even had an appt to add a oil change to?!?!? NEVER AGAIN!!!!
I recently moved to the area and decided to have Trinity Tire & Auto change my oil, rotate tires, and asked for an alignment since my car was pulling. Jason was extremely pleasant during the entire experience. Shortly after arriving, Jason rolled on of my tires to the waiting area and explained my tires were wearing unevenly do to improper rotation maintenance and over inflation (let it be known I HAD my car serviced by another Auto shop monthly).
