RecommendedWe were very pleased with the quality of product and the installation. Bob was our rep and he was awesome! The installers were very thorough and professional. We will definitely use them again
I cannot comment on their workmanship but I did just post on this page that I was disappointed in their service as far as getting back to me on an estimate. Right after I posted that I did get a phone call, the power of social media. I cannot take back my post but I am told that the man was sick and that is why it took so long. I still think the owner or someone should have followed through on the outstanding estimates, but at least it appears to be a real excuse.
I would put 0 stars if could. They don't pay their subcontractors. Be careful your house could end up with a lien on it. Did a 1100 sq ft job for them and still waiting to be paid. Horrible customer service and rediculous that they don't pay the subcontractors. Bad business practice. Chris doesnt return calls when he says. Go to floor and decor or renovations home remodeling. Better products and service.
