Trinity Row was the second Reinhold Residential property I lived in, following the Metropolitan—and I was a tenant for 8 years. While property managers changed over time, I always had a consistent, positive experience—particularly with Joanne. I really enjoyed living in Trinity Row. Great, responsive staff in very nice and reasonably priced apartments. The neighborhood is close to much of Center City Philly, but is still pretty quiet. If I hadn't had to move away from Philly I would have continued to live there. Cheers!
Trinity Row is on a surprisingly quiet street less than a 10 minute walk from everywhere I want to go - Rittenhouse Square, the Art Museum area, and both 30th Street and Suburban Stations. My apartment is a bi-level home, and unlike most loft apartments, I can close the door to the bedroom on the second floor, which is a major plus.
