Purchased the "Gold package," which included professional photography, but were told their photographer had quit. As a result, they refunded $75 and instructed me to find my own photographer. The cheapest photographer I could find was $300; then, they couldn't find any comps on my property, so basically, the market analyst is only included if they want to do the work. We had an appointment scheduled with Carri to view a home and she canceled at the time of our appointment because we had “not driven by the home prior to viewing”. We are very familiar with the area, which was expressed to her prior to the viewing. She was extremely rude and unprofessional to our agent. We would not recommend working with them.
