If I could give this property zero stars I would. Let’s start with me being a resident for over 4 years.I moved out on December 28th and returned my keys on January 2nd. I called to inquire about a 3 bedroom apartment I seen on zillow that was stated as available and a woman rudely replied "don't listen to zillow" and hung up. By her response I can tell what type of vibe and culture management brings to the complex.
Maintenance has NO clue what they’re doing literally clueless ‼️ Homeless ppl sleep in building , tenants are DISGUSTING & GHETTO , Ms.Zemi (building owner) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I just called inquiring about an 2 bedroom and the woman rudely answered I don't have any available and nothing available on the waiting list, then hung up. I'm no longer interested, thanks anyway.
Very unprofessional property, went to view a unit a few months ago and was very disappointed. The unit itself was very nice, but when I went to view the apartment the front door was broken packages left in the lobby unattended. The hallway carpets were very nasty and from the sounds of the hall the walls are paper thin.
