I just want to let people know that they should never do business with this company. I first ordered my couch first of October 2017, custom fabric and was waiting on my couch. A friend of mine also bought a couch the same day. She happened to be in there two months later asking about her couch,and John one of the sales people/designers told her to contact her friend ,which was me,because the material I selected was not available for my couch. I never ever received a phone call or email from them. I went in there to pick out ... read more

I assure you the suggestion to turn the cushion over was a temporary solution. You purchased a fabric protection warranty from a third party, we asked you to contact them in regard to your having wet the fabric. We have no motivation to not want you to be a satisfied customer. We are still trying to help you, regardless of the fact you received what you ordered from us, in the time it was promised. We cannot control our merchandise once it is in the home. Perhaps when you come in to pay for the sofa we can talk face to face ... read more
