I had horrible service at Trinity Medical at Fort Sanders West in Knoxville, TN, in late 2020 and early 2021. I was seen by Jesse von Fange in September 2020 for what was later diagnosed as hypothyroidism. I began Synthroid on Sept 11. As I noticed no change, I called on October 8 and spoke to a nurse, expressing my concerns and asking if my meds should be increased. She said she would talk to Jesse and get back to me.
