Good morning, I am trying to get my insulin, doctor canceled prescription on May 6th and No new prescription was given,today there is no provider so I was told Yesterday on hold for 34 min called disconnected ,then it was there lunch hour, No call back
Wow 🤯 I just called to get my medical records. I heard um,hum,and not sure? And they hung up on me various times? Now I know why my awesome doctor left. ⁉️
Really just terrible. I leave voicemails and they don't call back. It seems like a 50/50 chance they'll do the things you need them to. The whole vibe is lazy. While they do fill prescriptions and stuff. It feels like pulling teeth to even get them on the phone. I've left countless voicemails been on hold for too long (with Hold music that has intermittent high pitched screeches that'll feel like they'll make you ears bleed.) I received a call from a physician from this office with false information due to them moving files to the computer. The false information was a serious matter and scared myself and my family. I later received a call days later from this office apologizing for the false information. Today i returned to the office and was hoping this experience was going to be better from last visit and it was NOT! As I entered the office it smelled like urine. The new staff is horrible, no one ever calls back, no one ever answers, calls go to voice mail, my pharmacy keeps sending requests and no one ever gets back to the pharmacy. Only person I know does her job well is Corazón, I miss her!
